A Happy Birthday Balloon wreath!
I saw the idea here several months ago and finally decided to make one for myself.
I'm so pleased with how it turned out.
Our family is about to enter what I call "birthday season"...two birthdays in March, one in April and one in May. I think this wreath will be a fun addition to our celebrations!
