three

Dear sweet Olivia,

Happy birthday, precious girl! It seems like just yesterday you were a tiny bundle of pink nestled in my arms. And now here you are...a little girl with a head of curls who loves her baby dolls, mommy's lipstick and your "boys", Joshua and Evan.

At 3, you enjoy singing, reading books, playing outside and making your family laugh. Sister Bear is your beloved companion...never out of reach. You are a girly girl who has no trouble keeping up with your big brothers. You have an impressive vocabulary and you love to strike up a conversation...with anyone...and everyone. And your oh-so-adorable lisp makes everything you say that much cuter!

I love you! I am so blessed to be your mother.

I pray that God protects you, guides you and uses you. Most of all, I pray that you fall head-over-heels, passionately in love with your Creator and Savior. May He be your first love and the keeper of your heart!

Hugs and kisses,
Mommy

Welcome to the world, love.

Nine weeks old...we're having lots of fun with dresses and bows.

You're one...showing us that girls can be clone troopers too!

And that you'll be mommy's biggest mess maker!

Look who's two...and crazy about Dora the Explorer.

You never shy away from the camera. Cheesthe!!

And you develop a love for purses and pigtails.

Almost three...you adore your cousin Kendall.

The Big 3! Time to blow out your candles.

Beautiful girl.

exhale...

I can't really describe the relief that came when we submitted our dossier last week. Its as though I held my breath for seven months and then all of the sudden I was able to exhale.

It feels good.

You know what else feels good?

{Watching this little boy step up to bat}

{Listening to this little girl giggle}

{Riding bikes}

{Celebrating another lost tooth...and a freckled nose courtesy of the spring sun}

{Unexpected surprises...tickets to the Rangers game on a school night}

{Listening to my boys cheer as Josh Hamilton approaches the batters box}
